Using MYTVOnline instead

Open Content Manager in MYTVOnline 3.

  1. Prepare your portal details

    Send NetGen support your device model and the MAC / ID shown in MYTVOnline. We will confirm provisioning and the portal address to use.

  2. Add a portal

    In MYTVOnline 3, open Content Manager → Content sources → + Add → Add Portal.

    In MYTVOnline 2, open Menu → Connections → Add Portal.

  3. Connect

    Set the portal nickname to NetGen TV, enter the portal URL supplied by support, then select Connect. Wait for the content to load.
