Cancellation & Subscription Policy – NetGen TV LLC

Subscriptions & Billing

When you purchase a subscription from NetGen TV LLC, you agree to receive ongoing access to our service based on the duration and billing frequency selected at checkout.

  • Your payment details will be stored securely, and you will be charged automatically according to the selected billing cycle.
  • By subscribing, you authorize NetGen TV LLC to charge your payment method for each recurring billing cycle unless canceled per the terms outlined below.

Auto-Charge Discount Terms

  • Customers who opt into auto-charge receive a $10 discount per billing cycle.
  • To prevent abuse, a minimum of one successful renewal payment is required before cancellation or pausing.
  • Customers who skip, cancel, or fail to renew their subscription before the first renewal cycle will be charged the full price if they attempt to reactivate later.

Skipping Payments & Cancellation

  • Customers may not skip all scheduled payments indefinitely while retaining the auto-charge discount.
  • Skipping payments before the required renewal cycle is met may result in loss of discount and possible suspension of service.
  • Subscriptions may only be canceled after the required renewal cycle has been completed.
  • How to Cancel:
    • The easiest and fastest way to cancel is through your account portal.
    • Alternatively, you may request cancellation via email at support@netgeniptv.com.
    • Important: Cancellations via email must be requested at least 48 hours before your next billing date to ensure processing before renewal.

Refund & No-Chargeback Policy

  • All sales are final. Due to the nature of digital services, we do not offer refunds, pro-rated credits, or returns for unused service periods.
  • Chargebacks & Unauthorized Payment Disputes: If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated, the customer’s account will be terminated immediately, and they may be permanently banned from using our services.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring their payment method is valid and up to date.

Service & Account Termination

NetGen TV LLC reserves the right to suspend, terminate, or refuse service to any customer found to be in violation of our terms, payment policies, or fraudulent activity.
