All Sales Are Final and No Returns Accepted Policy
1. General Policy
All sales made through NetGen TV are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless otherwise approved by NetGen TV.
2. Exceptions to the Policy
Defective or Damaged Products:
In the event that you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at support@netgeniptv.com within 7 days of receiving the product. We will assess the situation and, if deemed appropriate, provide a replacement or offer a refund.
Authorization for Returns:
Returns will only be accepted if prior authorization has been obtained from NetGen TV. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
3. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your request must meet one of the following criteria:
- The product is defective or damaged upon receipt.
- The return request is approved by NetGen TV customer support.
4. How to Request a Return
To request a return, please contact our customer support team at support@netgeniptv.com and provide the following information:
- Your order number.
- Description of the issue or reason for the return.
- Supporting evidence (such as photographs for damaged items).
5. Conditions of Returns
- Products must be returned in their original packaging and in unused condition.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise specified by NetGen TV.
- Returned items are subject to inspection upon receipt. NetGen TV reserves the right to refuse a return if the product does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
6. Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days of NetGen TV receiving the returned product.
- Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
