1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, using, or subscribing to any service provided by NetGen TV LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you ("User," "Subscriber," or "Customer") agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms").

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our service.

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.


2. Age Requirement & Eligibility

  • Our service is strictly available to individuals 18 years of age or older.
  • By subscribing, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
  • We do not knowingly provide services to minors. If we discover an account is registered to a minor, the account will be terminated immediately.

3. Service Usage & Restrictions

3.1. Personal Use Only

  • NetGen TV LLC services are intended for personal, non-commercial use.
  • You may not resell, distribute, share, or otherwise provide access to our services outside of your household.

3.2. Prohibited Activities & System Abuse

You must not engage in:
Account Sharing – Providing login credentials to unauthorized users.
VPN/Proxy Use – Using methods to bypass geographic restrictions or detection systems.
Automated Access – Using bots, scrapers, or automation tools to access content.
Reverse Engineering – Attempting to modify, hack, or manipulate the system.
Exploit Abuse – Attempting to gain unauthorized access, disrupt services, or abuse promotions/discounts.
Fraudulent Activity – Engaging in chargeback fraud, payment reversals, or unauthorized use of payment methods.

If a customer is found engaging in any prohibited activity, their account will be permanently terminated with no refund.


4. Subscriptions, Payments & Billing

4.1. Subscription Terms

  • Our services operate on a recurring subscription model.
  • Payments are automatically charged to the payment method on file.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring their payment details are up to date.

4.2. Auto-Charge Discount Policy

  • Customers who enable auto-charge receive a $10 discount per billing cycle.
  • To prevent abuse, customers must complete at least one renewal payment before canceling or pausing their subscription.
  • If a customer cancels, skips, or fails to renew before the first renewal cycle, they forfeit future discounts and may be charged the full price upon reactivation.

4.3. Chargebacks & Unauthorized Payment Disputes

  • All chargebacks and payment disputes result in immediate account termination.
  • Customers who initiate a chargeback will be permanently banned and forfeit any remaining service time.
  • NetGen TV LLC reserves the right to pursue legal action for fraudulent chargebacks.

5. Cancellations & Refund Policy

5.1. Cancellations

Customers may cancel their subscription only after the required renewal cycle is met.

To cancel:

  • Use the account portal (highly recommended for faster processing).
  • Alternatively, request cancellation by emailing support@netgeniptv.com.
  • Email cancellations must be submitted at least 48 hours before the next billing date to ensure processing.

5.2. No Refund Policy

🚫 All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, credits, or pro-rated adjustments for unused service periods.

Refunds will not be granted for:

  • Accidental purchases.
  • Forgetting to cancel before renewal.
  • Inability to use the service due to personal internet/device issues.
  • Service interruptions caused by third-party providers or external factors.

5.3. Service Outages & Compensation

  • NetGen TV LLC is not responsible for temporary service interruptions due to maintenance, network congestion, or external factors.
  • Compensation for extended outages is granted solely at our discretion and is not guaranteed.

6. Account Termination & Customer Bans

We reserve the right to suspend, terminate, or permanently ban any account that violates these Terms.

Reasons for termination include, but are not limited to:

  • Payment fraud, chargebacks, or abuse of the refund policy.
  • Sharing login credentials or unauthorized distribution of access.
  • Attempting to exploit or manipulate the system.
  • Threatening, harassing, or abusing support staff.
  • Any actions that damage the integrity of our Service.

🚨 Termination due to violations is final and non-refundable. Customers who are banned will not be allowed to open a new account.


7. Dispute Resolution

  • Customers must attempt to resolve disputes with NetGen TV LLC before taking legal action.
  • Any legal disputes arising from these Terms shall be handled on an individual basis—customers waive their right to participate in class action lawsuits against NetGen TV LLC.

8. Limitation of Liability

NetGen TV LLC is not liable for:

  • Service interruptions beyond our control (ISP issues, power outages, natural disasters, government restrictions).
  • Customer financial loss due to missed cancellation deadlines.
  • Device incompatibility or technical limitations outside our system.

You acknowledge that NetGen TV LLC is not responsible for any damages, direct or indirect, arising from the use or inability to use our Service.
